Refund/Return Policy

Change of Mind Returns

Items purchased from Beyond Pro Sound and Lighting can be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup date for a full refund, store credit or exchange for another product, provided that the item has not been removed from its original packaging. If the items has been removed from its original packaging, a restocking fee will apply.

There are some items we cannot accept returns on if the package has been opened, for health reasons, such as headphones and earphones.

Any items which have been damaged outside of reasons covered by warranty cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for returning the goods back to Beyond Pro Sound and Lighting. Any associated shipping fees are not refundable.

Returns of Faulty Products

If your product becomes faulty with the warranty period, we will replace it with a new one. Please ensure you have correctly set up the product and followed the instructions in the owner's manual. Check that all necessary power and data cables are connected, and that any software or firmware updates are installed from the manufacturer's support website.

Before returning any items, please email sales@beyondprosl.com.au with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Brand, model and serial number of the product being returned
  • A detailed description of the issue

We will contact you with more information once we have processed your request. Please retain your proof of purchase and the packaging of the product.
